In order for you to enjoy a fulfilling car life, Cornes Motors is offering a new service called “CORNES RESERVE”.
We will take care of your car in an air-conditioned space with the right temperature and humidity for your car's storage, and with full security.
The temperature and humidity are optimized for the vehicle, and basic maintenance such as battery charging, oil, tire pressure, and engine start-up checks are performed during the storage period to keep your car in perfect condition. We can also provide you with a report on the condition of your car.
You can freely enter and exit the warehouse 24 hours a day (by advance reservation only), and a shuttle service is available from Haneda Airport, providing excellent access and convenience from the center of Tokyo and nationwide.

〈Contract related〉

01. What is the contract procedure?

Please let us know the month you wish to start the contract. We will send you an invoice, and you will need to pay it before the contract starts.

02. How much does it cost?

The annual fee is 1,452,000 yen (including tax).
The monthly fee is 121,000 yen (including tax), but it is a one-year contract with annual payment only.
For the first year, the fee from the month of subscription to December of the same year must be paid at the time of the contract, and the fee for the following year must be paid by the end of December.
For special vehicles such as limited edition cars, the fee may differ. Please contact us for details.

03. Is there a security deposit or key money?

No security deposit or key money is required as the annual fee is paid in advance.

04. Can I choose the payment method?

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

05. Is the contract renewed every year?

Yes, the renewal period is the last day of December of the same year from the contract date.

06. Can I sign up under a corporate name?

Yes, you can.

07. Can I sign up for a vehicle that is owned by the same person under a different corporate name?

Yes, you can.

08. Is it possible to use more than one unit at a time?

Yes, it is possible.
You are required to declare in advance all the cars that you may park.
A monthly fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) will be added to the usage fee for each car.

09. Please tell me about the cancellation procedure.

Please notify us one month in advance. The remaining month's fee will be refunded in monthly installments.

10. Is it possible for one person to sign up for multiple units (multiple plots)?

Yes, it is possible in its current state. Please contact us for details.

11. How do you handle compensation for accidents, scratches, etc. that occur during vehicle storage & turnaround?

Liability insurance is provided for all vehicles that we keep. (Excluding earthquake and tsunami).

12. Can I sign up only for Cornes customers?

No, it is not limited to our customers.

13. Can I only sign up for vehicles of brands that Cornes carries?

No, you are not limited to vehicles of the brands we carry. We welcome contracts for vehicles of other brands. Some service items are not available, so please contact us for details.

14. What are your business days and hours?

The office is open from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.

15. When are you closed?

In addition to Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays, there is a possibility of temporary closures.

16. Are there any staff on hand?

Yes, our staff is always available during business days and hours.

17. How do I contact the facility?

Please contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail.
Calls outside of business hours will be answered by an answering service.

18. Can I enter the facility?

This is possible only for the contractor. There are detailed regulations in the contract regarding prohibited activities in the facility.
Ex) Activities that may disturb other users, smoking, noise, photography, video recording, etc.

19. Location of the facility

It is located outside the landslide disaster warning area and tsunami disaster warning area.
There has been no inundation, tsunami, flood, landslide, or liquefaction in the past.

20. Please tell me about transportation.

Free shuttle service is available between Haneda Airport and CORNES RESERVE (Keihinjima). Please make a reservation by 3pm the day before.
Other areas are available for a fee.

21. Can I check in parts, tires, etc. other than the vehicle?

Items other than those necessary for vehicle storage (e.g. battery chargers) cannot be stored.

22. Is it possible to contract for vehicles without front lifters, vehicles without license plates, formula cars, etc.?

Yes, it is possible.

23. Can I store motorcycles?

No, we cannot keep them.

24. Can vehicles with long wheel bases, etc. be parked?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us for more details as there are certain sizes and weights that can be parked in the car lifts and lots.

25. Can I leave my personal belongings loaded?

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by theft, loss, or damage to loaded items, so please do not leave valuables in the vehicle.

26. What are the free services?

This is a great way to get to and from the airport, charge the battery, check the oil, check the air pressure, start the car (once a month), report on the current condition of the vehicle, and wash the car.
Some items may not be available depending on the vehicle type. (Items that require special tools or driving for special vehicles such as race cars, Mercedes-Benz, etc., such as oil quantity check, etc.)

27. What services are available for a fee?

This includes inspection, transportation, refueling, and general repairs.

28. When can I make a reservation for vehicle transfer?

If the shipping address is in the suburbs of Tokyo, please contact us by the morning of the previous day.

29. Is it possible to request refueling?

Yes, there is a charge for this service. Please make a reservation by 3pm the day before.

30. Is the battery charged all the time while it is parked?

No. We will use the most appropriate charging method for each vehicle.
Please be sure to bring your PHV vehicle or other vehicle equipped with a genuine manufacturer's charger.

31. How often is the standard service oil check, air pressure check, and engine start check performed?

Once a month.

32. How often do you wash vehicles?

This is possible every time you request.
The vehicle is kept clean at all times during storage in the facility.
Please request this service when you return the vehicle after driving.
